Description

GLOBTOS P300-25 664 1,5

Ball valve for pre-insulation – reduced bore DN300 PN25

Compact valve solution for underground networks. The GLOBTOS DN300 PN25 ball valve with wrench operation (hexagonal stem) for pre-insulated systems with reduced bore is an economical solution for underground district heating networks using dry stem technology.

Key features of the DN300 valve

Dry stem – insulation protection

The special design with sealing located next to the ball eliminates the risk of flooding the pipeline insulation layer. This is crucial for maintaining thermal insulation performance and ensuring long service life of the entire system.

Compact design

The reduced ball diameter allows for smaller valve dimensions, making installation easier in chambers and inspection wells. Lower weight also ensures easier handling during installation.

Compatibility with pre-insulated systems

The design compliant with EN 488 ensures full compatibility with pre-insulated pipelines. Standard dimensions allow seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Premium materials – durability guarantee

  • Welded body: High-quality carbon steel – high strength
  • Extended stem: High-quality stainless steel – corrosion resistance
  • Ball: High-quality stainless steel – resistance to wear and corrosion
  • Special thermal insulation seals
  • Anti-corrosion protection

Applications

  • Underground district heating networks
  • Pre-insulated pipelines
  • District heating transmission lines
