Ball valve for pre-insulation – full bore DN32 PN40

A safe solution for underground networks. The GLOBTOS DN25 PN40 ball valve in wrench-operated version (hexagonal stem) for pre-insulated installations with full bore is a specialist valve designed for underground district heating networks using dry stem technology.

Dry stem technology – innovative protection

The stem sealing located directly next to the ball eliminates the risk of the working medium penetrating the pipeline insulation layer. Even in the event of damage to the upper part of the stem, the installation remains safe.

Full bore – maximum efficiency

The ball diameter equal to the pipeline diameter guarantees unrestricted flow without pressure losses. This is especially important in long transmission networks, where every reduction in resistance translates into energy savings.

EN 488 compliance

Valves designed in accordance with the requirements of the EN 488 standard for pre-insulated systems. Full integration with pre-insulated pipelines from leading manufacturers.
