Ball valve for pre-insulation – full bore DN80 PN25

Safe solution for underground networks. The GLOBTOS DN80 PN25 full bore ball valve with wrench operation (hexagonal stem) for pre-insulated installations is a specialized valve designed for underground district heating networks using dry insulation technology.

 

Key features of the DN80 valve

Dry stem technology – innovative protection

The stem sealing located directly next to the ball eliminates the risk of the working medium entering the pipeline insulation layer. Even in the event of damage to the upper part of the stem, the installation remains safe.

Full bore – maximum efficiency

The ball diameter equal to the pipeline diameter ensures unrestricted flow without pressure losses. This is particularly important in long transmission networks, where every reduction in resistance translates into energy savings.

Compliance with EN 488

Valves designed in accordance with EN 488 requirements for pre-insulated systems. Full compatibility with pre-insulated pipelines from leading manufacturers.
